Unblocking Downloaded Files in Windows

PROCEDURE

1. Right-click on the downloaded file.

2. Select Properties from the context menu.

3. In the General tab, you’ll see a checkbox or button (depending on the OS version) labeled Unblock at the bottom (if the file is blocked).

4. Select the Unblock option, then Apply and OK.
