Business Operations Specialist

We’re planning to hire someone who will be based in the ISS headquarters in Bothell, WA, although the job will most likely be a combination of office work, working remotely and some limited scheduled travel (when current situation changes to allow or course). ISS is well experienced in working remotely and achieving our business objectives. We can be flexible for the right candidate.

  • Full Cycle collections including but not limited to monitoring accounts receivable, identifying overdue accounts, contacting customers and subsequent record maintenance.
  • Work closely with sales and accounting to resolve any customer billing issues in a timely manner.
  • Customer and vendor setup and management in Salesforce and other customer/vendor portals.
  • Assist with general accounting functions including deposits and general ledger maintenance and payables.
  • Assist with annual audit.
  • General office functions including phone, mail, supply ordering, file maintenance.

Experience required

  • In-depth understanding and usage of accounting application software and Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs). Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • 3+ years of well-rounded experience in a similar capacity with focus on collections.
  • Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
