AVEVA Teamwork Demo: Management of Skills and Training

When workers begin using equipment that is new to them, getting up to speed can come with challenges. AVEVA Teamwork helps to mitigate these situations by tracking who has been trained and certified for different pieces of equipment. With Teamwork, supervisors can create training exams to test workers’ knowledge of equipment and the functions they perform. When workers pass exams, supervisors get notified of the new skills workers have acquired. Supervisors can also take a closer look at individual workers’ exams to understand what specific questions are causing them trouble. In addition to administering exams, Teamwork enables you to track the status of certifications gained from taking such exams. This is helpful in making sure the operators have the appropriate training for their given job duties.
