versiondog 9.5.4 is now available

A new update of versiondog 9.5.4 is available from today. You can look forward to improved functionalities and increased security of your system. Customers can download the new version at my.auvesy-mdt.com.

Upgrading to the latest version of versiondog helps guarantee the highest possible security.

Setup, migration, and update — The latest changes increase the stability and efficiency of the server system update and migration process:

• Information regarding migration process (during server update) will not be written in the file “migration_result.txt”, but into a separate log-file.
  • vdServerArchive\VD$A\Logs\Debug\VdogMigration.log
• Fix of occasional migration problems in the database “Component.fdb”
• When navigating installation options (Server installation, Server + Client, etc.) in the setup, a bug in the setup was triggered. This has been remediated.
• Rights regarding program directory and archive will now be assigned correctly during setup.

Device integration and version control — We continuously improve the functionality and scope of supported devices / editors and have now integrated:

• Schneider EcoStruxure Control Expert V15.1

User management — For System Administrators it is vital to manage their Users efficiently and intuitively. This service has now been improved:

• Bug fixing in User Management, such that blocking of a user account after inactivity can be reversed by the Administrator now.
