System Platform 2017 Update 3 SP1 is a full installation that includes many fixes and features.

Add new document and image viewer apps for InTouch OMI.
Add credential management to Application Server and InTouch OMI ViewApp security.
Fix line thickness and symbol rendering in InTouch OMI.
Miscellaneous bug fixes.
Incorporate InTouch HMI and Application Server hot fixes.
Add options to Sentinel for monitoring license status and sending alerts.
