This is even more apparent to us, considering our offices are located in one of the hardest hit areas of North America. This is an unprecedented time for all of us and the safety of our employees and customers is our top priority.
Our team will continue to be available to serve you and assist in exploring solutions to help enable remote operations and optimize your systems to overcome new challenges.
On March 6th, we enacted our remote work policy for all of our team members as part of our effort in achieving “social distancing.” As a technology company, we ourselves have invested in solutions that allow us to continue to provide excellent service to our customers. For nearly 5 years, we have utilized 100% cloud based systems, and we will continue to effectively serve you by utilizing these capabilities to bring you virtual meetings, world class tech support and other services.
Our Training Commitment will continue. We strive to provide in-depth, professional training courses designed to enhance your understanding and improve your utilization of AVEVA solutions. To this end, while our “social distancing” policies are in effect, all scheduled training classes will be available as virtual instructor-led training courses. We had been exploring this option prior to current events and early participants have all expressed great satisfaction with this implementation.
We all know this situation will continue to evolve and changes will continue to happen quickly. You can expect to receive necessary and continued communication from Industrial Software Solutions as we monitor the situation and do our part as we all work together to face the challenges ahead.
