His primary focus is to enable our partner ecosystem covering all major industries (Process, Hybrid, Discrete and Infrastructure) with an Edge to Enterprise vision.

Justin Thomas, Sr. Director, Global Channel Sales Performance Portfolio – AVEVA

Justin Thomas has 12 years with the APM portfolio. He has held roles in business development supporting APAC, EMEA, LATAM, North America, and Global Accounts. He is now the Global APM and Planning and Operations Channel Sales leader, and in this role, Justin is responsible for leading the sales strategy, campaigns and go to market for the AVEVA APM / P&O channel businesses. He interfaces between our field channel organization, marketing, and the APM / P&O BU. Justin lives in Chicago and has three children, one of which is a contemporary dance national champion.

Ahmad El Dandachi, Industry Lead for Energy & Manufacturing – MEA Microsoft

Ahmad has 24 years’ business & People leadership experience, and has been running large scale digital transformation projects at Microsoft for more than 16 of those. This experience includes Sales and business leadership roles across Europe and MEA: in Oman (as General Manager), Saudi Arabia (leading the Enterprise Team and Business across industries in Saudi Arabia), UAE/MEA (overseeing transformation projects for Enterprise Strategic clients) and lately at Microsoft France as Industry Lead for Transformational projects in Enterprise across Communication, Media, Construction and Services Global & Major accounts.
Before Microsoft, Ahmad worked at Sun Microsystems as Regional sales manager for Sun Software solutions. He also spent 3 years at France Telecom as Project manager for research and development on the convergence of IT and telephony.
