Patch Installation instructions

Note : On 64-bit OS the Program Files path will be "[RootDrive:]\Program Files (x86)\". On 32-bit OS the Program Files path will be "[RootDrive:]\Program Files\".

Important: This patch is only applicable for the product AVEVA InTouch Access Anywhere Secure Gateway 2020b.

1. On InTouch Access Anywhere Secure Gateway computer, stop the "InTouch Access Anywhere Secure Gateway" service. To stop the service, at Run please execute "services.msc" and stop the service with display name "InTouch Access Anywhere Secure Gateway".

2. Take backup of the directory "C:\Program Files (x86)\Wonderware\InTouch Access Anywhere Secure Gateway\InTouch Access Anywhere Secure Gateway". 

3. Extract patch.zip to a folder and ensure that there are 2 folders. a) 'InTouch Access Anywhere Secure Gateway' b) 'Admin'
   
   a. In folder 'InTouch Access Anywhere Secure Gateway', Ensure below 4 files are present. 
      1. EricomAuthenticationService.dll
      2. EriCommon.dll 
      3. EricomSecureGateway.exe
      4. TracerX-Logger.dll 
               
   b. In folder 'Admin', ensure below 18 files are present.
      1. About.html
      2. Admin.html
      3. AuthenticationServer.html
      4. ConnectionBrokers.html
      5. Dashboard.html
      6. Download.html
      7. Index.html
      8. input.js
      9. inputLogin.js
      10. LoadBalancerServer.html
      11. Login.html
      12. LogSettingsAdvanced.html
      13. LogSettingsBasic.html
      14. MailAlerts.html
      15. Security.html
      16. SessionRecording.html
      17. Template.html
      18. WebServer.html 
 
4. From the extracted folder, copy 4 files which are present in the folder "InTouch Access Anywhere Secure Gateway" and paste them into the location 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Wonderware\InTouch Access Anywhere Secure Gateway\InTouch Access Anywhere Secure Gateway'.

5. From the extracted folder, copy 18 files which are there in the folder "Admin" and paste them into the location 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Wonderware\InTouch Access Anywhere Secure Gateway\InTouch Access Anywhere Secure Gateway\WebServer\Admin'.

6. Start "InTouch Access Anywhere Secure Gateway" service. To start the service, at Run please execute "services.msc" and start the service with display name "InTouch Access Anywhere Secure Gateway".
